George IV Period Mahogany Partner’s Writing Table

 
 

A late Regency or George IV period mahogany partner’s writing table. The green and gilt embossed leather writing surface above opposing drawers with original bail handles, and faux drawers either end. The drawers and writing surface are supported by reeded legs with ‘lamb’s tongue’ carving to the capitals, terminating in lamb’s tongue motif brass caps and casters.
